- “Grow Data” refers to any information related to cannabis cultivation that you input or that is generated through your use of the Service.

6. User Content and Grow Data
6.1. Ownership: You retain rights to your User Content.
6.2. Grow Data: Hempie may anonymize and analyze Grow Data to improve the Service.
6.3. No Endorsement: We do not endorse User Content and disclaim liability arising from it.
6.4. AI Content and Moderation: Hempie provides a conversational AI for cultivation support. While we aim to ensure helpful outputs, AI responses may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate content. Users may flag content using the thumbs-down button. Flagged responses may be reviewed and used to improve the system. You use the AI feature at your own discretion, and Hempie disclaims all responsibility for its advice or suggestions.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. Hempie’s Property: The Service and its content are owned by Hempie.
7.2. License to Use: You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.
7.3. Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
